Director – Pharmacy Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with a team of skilled Advisory consultants to enhance performance in the healthcare sector.

• Conduct billable work for clients and lead advisory services related to the 340B program.

• Provide leadership by driving engagement outcomes, managing client relationships, overseeing the creation of client deliverables and solutions, handling project logistics and financial aspects, and supporting business development initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on projects, with a primary emphasis on optimizing the 340B program.

• Engage in sales and business development activities.

• Meet utilization targets for client billable projects.

• Generate value through effective client relationship management, solution development, and implementation delivery.

• Actively participate in additional sales activities and explore new business development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations, 340B compliance, or revenue cycle management.

• Proficient understanding of 340B regulations, the Prime Vendor Program (PVP), and split-billing software systems.

• Strong analytical skills to assess data, conduct audits, and convert complex regulations into operational processes.

• A bachelor's degree is typically required; a pharmacy technician certification, pharmacy degree (PharmD), or relevant compliance certification is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and pharmacy informatics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and pharmacy teams.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex compliance audits and data mapping.
