This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and process prescription prior authorization and appeal requests.

• Organize and oversee documentation, validate profiles, and maintain accuracy for patient/member records.

• Utilize decision trees and protocols to assess requests and deliver approvals or justifications for denials.

• Relay decisions and updates to patients and providers, ensuring they receive proper support.

• Escalate complex cases for further review and follow up as necessary.

• Deliver compassionate, prompt support while remaining organized and detail-oriented.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.

• A valid national CPhT certification (or the ability to acquire within six months of employment).

• High school diploma.

• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting (retail, LTC, hospital, etc.).

• Proficient in software systems, data entry, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
