Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to welcome patients, gather demographic information, and arrange the first shipment.

• Create requests and make outbound calls to healthcare providers and doctors' offices for prescription requests.

• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on ensuring prescriptions are accurately entered into the system.

• Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers to investigate non-clinical issues.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required; phone experience is a plus.

• A valid Pharmacy Technician license or trainee license in the states of AZ or PA is necessary.

• Tech-savvy with strong skills in computer and data entry, particularly with Microsoft Office products.

• Must have high-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection.

• A private and quiet workspace is essential.
