This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to patients concerning intricate Specialty medication orders, benefit verifications, and onboarding of new patients.
• Organize and manage requests for new shipments and refill orders.
• Gather essential information required to secure insurance coverage for patient medication requests.
• Confirm eligibility, prior authorizations, and other reimbursement prerequisites before shipment.
• Aid in the enrollment and monitoring of new customer referrals.
• Explain CVS/Specialty services to incoming customers.
• Redirect or escalate clinical inquiries and concerns to the staff pharmacist for resolution.
• Over 1 year of experience in a customer service position managing and resolving a high volume of complex customer inquiries via phone.
• More than 1 year of experience utilizing Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• At least 1 year of experience with computer keyboarding, including skills and aptitude.
• A direct and hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of your computer.
• Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
