Import/Export Coordinator, Licensed Pharmacist, IoR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning and implementation of moderately complex to complex Import & Export activities for designated studies in Malaysia.

• Reviews, gathers, and/or prepares necessary documentation for import licensing and regulatory submissions.

• Oversees the coordination of Import & Export transactions through delivery to depots/Sites, ensuring adherence to company protocols and relevant regulations.

• Guarantees that import & export operations are conducted in accordance with Thermo Fisher Scientific standards, client specifications, and applicable laws.

• Develops an Import & Export strategy for each assigned project.

• Facilitates import & export transactions with customs brokers, freight forwarders, couriers, depots, and internal collaborators.

• Engages in active problem-solving and proposes solutions to import/export issues.

• Maintains Import & Export documentation, metrics, and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or a comparable Pharmacy qualification.

• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid practicing license in Malaysia.

• Resides in Kuala Lumpur or nearby areas with the willingness to travel locally as necessary.

• Understanding of Malaysian pharmaceutical import/export regulations.

• Background in clinical supplies, logistics, regulatory affairs, import/export operations, or pharmaceutical settings.

• Acquainted with clinical supply terminology, practices, and principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office software.
