Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist with the review processes for Medicare and D-SNP coverage.

• Input authorizations and conduct claim testing within the pharmacy benefit system.

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications with providers and members.

• Oversee and respond to emails and inquiries related to pharmacy reviews.

• Evaluate daily pharmacy reports pertaining to claims processing.

• Support departmental audits and initiatives for quality improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy is required.

• National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently with limited supervision.

• Familiarity with Medical and Pharmacy terminology is required.
