Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the pharmacist in daily operations.

• Aid in the preparation and distribution of comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) along with other medication interventions.

• Review medication lists and accurately reconcile medications.

• Dispatch communications to pharmacy and medical providers via phone or fax.

• Assist the pharmacist with medication interventions.

• Contact pharmacies to confirm prescription details and readiness to ensure member access and adherence.

• Facilitate member access to medications in line with specific medication and prescription benefits.

• Collaborate with Monogram Health care managers to enhance access and outcomes for medications.

• Maintain certification as a pharmacy technician.

• Perform additional administrative tasks to improve health outcomes.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician from the state board of pharmacy.

• Understanding of medication therapy management.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with co-workers, medical practices, and others.
