This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take charge of the patient experience from the qualification stage through to successful activation and program initiation, ensuring ongoing engagement during onboarding, pharmacy processing, fulfillment, and activation activities.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for patients until their program activation and commencement is successful.
• Assist patients throughout the onboarding and activation phases.
• Manage timelines, set expectations, and outline next steps across various pharmacies.
• Work to ensure that patients successfully commence their therapy or program.
• Maintain operational oversight of patient progression and proactively tackle any delays or obstacles to activation.
• Compile and organize necessary onboarding information.
• Facilitate medication transfer coordination and readiness initiatives.
• Verify medication schedules, routines, and onboarding preferences.
• Detect and address barriers that may postpone patient starts.
• Oversee activation readiness and follow up on onboarding.
• Coordinate activities among Marketing, Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Services, and Technology teams to ensure patients effectively navigate the patient start journey.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, caregivers, and pharmacy teams.
• Ensure pharmacy teams receive complete and precise onboarding information.
• Assist in creating seamless transitions between onboarding, fulfillment, and activation processes.
• Promote operational consistency across various pharmacy partners.
• Monitor and manage essential patient start metrics, including Patient Start Rate, Time to Start, Activation Completion Rate, Patient Reach Rate, and Patient Satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for patient progression outcomes and proactively identify opportunities to enhance conversion and activation performance.
• Track onboarding progress and patient start performance.
• Maintain operational visibility regarding patient movement through various operational stages.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of processes and operational best practices.
• Assist with reporting and KPI tracking initiatives.
• Support the development and enhancement of workflow automation and AI-assisted patient engagement processes to boost scalability and improve patient experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmacy operations, patient onboarding, care coordination, or healthcare operations.
• Required experience as a Pharmacy Technician or equivalent in pharmacy operations.
• PTCB certification is mandatory.
• Proficient organizational and workflow management skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable engaging directly with patients and caregivers.
• Familiarity with CRM, healthcare operations, or workflow management systems is a plus.
