Pharmacy Technical Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships across various product lines or business units, ensuring effective communication at all levels while encouraging open dialogue with customers and stakeholders to identify and address challenges.

• Supervise the complete product lifecycle, from idea inception to the launch of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer experiences to create technical and strategic roadmaps, providing oversight across all such roadmaps.

• Manage and prioritize ideas and enhancement requests from both internal and external clients, influencing the roadmap as necessary.

• Lead and engage in business and industry workgroups, offering valuable input into product roadmaps and strategy.

• Serve as a thought leader by consistently researching, analyzing, and disseminating industry highlights and insights that influence the company.

• Develop and advocate for business cases for new initiatives, establishing relevant metrics and measurements for product success, value propositions, and value mappings.

• Prioritize tasks to ensure that development efforts concentrate on delivering the most significant outcomes for business owners and stakeholders, aligning with required timelines and corporate goals.

• Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure that solutions effectively address business challenges identified in strategic initiatives and projects.

• Work with business stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement documentation, including those necessary for system acceptance and usability.

• Partner with Business Product Owners to guarantee a smooth transition of product enhancement and optimization requests.

• Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers regarding available product offerings.

• Promote a collaborative atmosphere for sharing knowledge, innovation, and learning throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with internal departments and/or customers to assess and enhance the configuration and supportability of products.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated products.

• Comply with both internal and industry best practices and productivity metrics.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Healthcare-Related Product Management, including roles as a Product Owner in a Healthcare-Focused Technology Environment.

• Experience in Pharmacy/PBM.

• Proficiency in Agile Product Development and Collaboration with Engineering Teams.

• Experience in Translating Business needs into Technical Requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong technical skills, analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and a focus on operational excellence.

• Knowledge of the Pharmacy Industry and its Standards.
