This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Addressing inquiries from end-users via phone calls, emails, chats, and ticket submissions to resolve issues related to pharmacy systems, claim adjudications, and VytlOne Bolt-on functionalities.
• Utilizing product information and the solution database to investigate, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
• Guiding users through the procedures, steps, and actions needed to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences, providing documentation as necessary.
• Recording incidents using the ticketing system.
• Escalating issues to the appropriate levels or teams to ensure resolution.
• Assisting with software or device upgrades, setting up user profiles, or resetting passwords.
• Meeting all service level requirements for response time and service quality.
• Building and nurturing relationships with end-users on behalf of the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required upon hire within one year of assuming the position.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Previous experience in a help desk support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with various types of pharmacy software is advantageous.
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals to provide optimal pharmacy support.
• Proficient in using desktop computers, including Microsoft Office, to assess patient and drug information systems.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must maintain an active Pharmacy Technician Certification.
