This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support the implementation of organization-wide pharmacy strategies and the uniformity of practices throughout the national network.
• Execute tasks and responsibilities as directed by the manager, which may evolve over time.
• Address inquiries related to Innomar Pharmacies (IP) such as pending fees, copays, delivery challenges, inventory discrepancies, reporting and reconciliation, insurance audits, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain reports that encompass the collection of operational data from Innomar Pharmacies, consolidation of reports for both internal and external clients, verification of report accuracy, and addressing discrepancies with Innomar Pharmacies.
• Contribute to Pharmacy Initiatives, which involve tracking retro-billing, reconciling inventory and transactions, liaising with Innomar Pharmacies to resolve issues, and aiding in the development and updating of SOPs and process flows.
• Support the introduction of new products/programs and collaborate with Programs, Clinics, and Pharmacies on these launches.
• Disseminate information about new programs, including contact lists, process flows, training, and documentation, while providing feedback on the launches.
• Produce written documentation of all communications pertinent to strategies, initiatives, and projects for all involved departments.
• Ensure that the necessary training provided to Innomar Pharmacies is completed.
• Assist the training department in identifying employees who require training and certifications (e.g., CAPHO).
• Help maintain pharmacy software to guarantee standardization across the organization.
• A high school diploma is required; completion of a Post-Secondary Pharmacy Technician Program is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with pharmacy adjudication is advantageous.
• Experience in calculating benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and other health insurance-related mathematical computations.
• Background in a healthcare or pharmacy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Extensive knowledge of Pharmacy Systems.
• Highly organized with the capacity to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient time management abilities.
• Bilingualism in French/English is a plus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Capable of effective oral and written communication.
• Proficient interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different business units.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
