
Pharmacy Onboarding Enrollment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the primary contact for new patients through phone and video, assisting them during the onboarding process.
• Perform detailed medication history interviews and reconcile existing prescriptions.
• Inform patients about the advantages and services provided by Mosaic’s pharmacy.
• Align medication schedules and arrange for the initial shipment of medications.
• Reach out to previous pharmacies to facilitate the transfer of prescriptions.
• Work alongside prescribers to acquire new prescriptions.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding insurance, costs, and coverage, and assist with claims processing and third-party billing concerns.
• Accurately input prescription information into the pharmacy system to ensure timely and precise medication fulfillment.
• Thoroughly and accurately document patient information in the pharmacy management system.
• A valid Virginia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment with direct patient interaction, such as home health, hospital, primary or specialty care, or pharmacy.
• Outstanding communication skills, including empathetic listening and clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Proficient in pharmacy software and general computer applications.
• Availability for a full-time 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern, with the specific shift confirmed upon hiring and occasional overtime based on patient requirements.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship.
• 1 to 2 years of call center experience is preferred.
• Experience in collecting medication histories is preferred.
