This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Responds swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries, focusing on efficient issue resolution while supporting overarching customer service objectives.
• Collaborates with colleagues on various projects and assignments, contributing ideas, sharing workloads, and facilitating team-oriented problem-solving.
• Adheres to organizational policies and regulatory standards, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and compliance with guidelines.
• Accurately manages patient records by entering new admissions, updating demographic information or status changes, processing refills, transferring patients, and completing necessary documentation.
• Produces high-quality work by maintaining precision, attention to detail, and thoroughness across all assigned responsibilities.
• Provides outstanding service to hospice partners, ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
• Completes all mandatory Skill-Based Learnings to remain updated on processes, systems, and professional development requirements.
• Efficiently handles a high volume of inbound calls, offering timely assistance while maintaining a calm, customer-focused demeanor.
• Aids callers with service-related issues such as package tracking and service failure reporting, which includes filling out CS report forms.
• Assists local pharmacies by helping with claims adjudication and contributing to fulfillment operations at designated locations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May assist with projects related to pharmacy, clinical practice, and professional development.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a pharmacy program.
• Must be registered with the board of pharmacy in the state of residence.
• Previous pharmacy experience is required.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for enhancing patient experiences and healthcare outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy maintained across all tasks.
• Consistently follows all relevant privacy, security, and safety policies, ensuring compliance in daily operations.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and communicates effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Displays drive, commitment, and a proactive attitude towards responsibilities.
• Works collaboratively as a supportive and contributing team member.
• Demonstrates self-motivation.
• Maintains strong organizational skills and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
