Pharmacy Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the delivery of integration solutions for customers and partners.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with stakeholders, including customers, PMS vendors, and pharmacies.

• Convert business and technical requirements into organized specifications, data mappings, and testing plans.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team on implementation strategies and testing procedures.

• Oversee integration timelines, risks, and deliverables to guarantee successful and compliant launches.

• Act as the primary technical contact for pharmacy and technology partners on a daily basis.

• Convert technical information into actionable tasks for internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of integration decisions, modifications, and partner specifications is maintained.

• Keep organized documentation for all integration processes, schemas, validation protocols, and escalation procedures.

• Contribute to the development of scalable integration frameworks, including standardized workflows and governance models.

• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance insight into integration performance (error rates, throughput, schema issues).

• Aid in quickly and accurately triaging and resolving integration issues.

• Monitor metrics and assist in minimizing integration-related escalations or delays.

• Work closely with Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure integrations enhance workflows and outcomes.

• Guide internal teams in understanding integration workflows, expectations, and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical integrations, implementation, or health tech role, or comparable experience managing healthcare data workflows and coordinating among technical teams.

• Strong knowledge of HL7 and JSON. While coding skills are not necessary, a solid understanding of the structure and logic is essential for collaboration with engineers.

• Proven ability to manage and translate intricate technical requirements for both internal teams and external partners, even when requirements are incomplete or evolving.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation and process execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience working with or providing support to pharmacies or PMS platforms.

• Experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling company without an established playbook.

• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance documentation and workflow efficiency.
