This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Leverage data insights to identify prescriptions that are either delayed or stalled and take suitable actions.
• Build, nurture, and sustain professional relationships with regional network specialty pharmacies, including their leadership and staff.
• Inform pharmacists and their teams about patient access and affordability programs that may benefit patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers (HCPs) to ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of prescriptions to Network specialty pharmacies or health plans, minimizing therapy delays.
• Act as a Network Specialty Pharmacy partner within the designated geography and communicate with stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain a robust working relationship with sales and sales leadership teams.
• Support the Field Reimbursement and Patient Services Team in pinpointing opportunities for continuous process enhancements through root cause analysis and identification of ongoing training needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide relevant education to HCPs (e.g., CoverMyMeds, Prior Authorization (PA) process, pharmacy procedures).
• Coordinate cases with patient support service program representatives (HUB) to ensure timely address of patient and physician needs.
• Educate physician office staff regarding patient assistance programs and call center support services, including web-based provider programs.
• Participate in POAs and Regional conference calls, offering education, training, and feedback on the positioning of our network pharmacies and the current market access landscape, ensuring a clear pathway for HCPs and patients.
• Provide prompt updates on patient access to the National Account Directors to keep them informed about pharmacy claims and the PA process for PBMs and payers.
• Collaborate with the Field Reimbursement and Patient Services Team on patient cases requiring additional support and training initiatives with network pharmacies.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all activities.
• When required for business travel, manage personal travel schedules and arrangements.
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Licensed/Certified Pharmacy Technician with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, including work with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Health Plan, or healthcare provider’s office, managing the prescription fulfillment process.
• Proven working knowledge of pharmacy benefit design (Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and prior authorization processes).
• Experience with pharmacies and/or office-based physician practices is preferred.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations concerning patient privacy.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines, quickly identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to foster robust working relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in delivering presentations to both small and large groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data, analyze trends swiftly, and take appropriate actions.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Travel expectations (%): The average travel for this role is less than 10%, with some variation depending on the time of year and business demands. Travel requirements will fluctuate based on geography and account responsibilities for this position.
