Pharmacy Executive IV – Spend Management Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster and enhance pharmacy program initiatives by working closely with consultants, leadership, and subject matter experts.

• Evaluate clinical, contracting, financial, operational, and market trends to provide insights that guide strategic decisions.

• Create and manage voice of customer sessions to understand stakeholders’ needs, strategic objectives, and tactical plans.

• Ensure that stakeholders are informed about how to access pharmacy program services.

• Build new relationships and sustain existing ones with designated stakeholders.

• Integrate feedback from client interactions and comparative analysis to formulate actionable recommendations.

• Oversee the continuation and initiation of projects and contracts that yield strategic and market insights.

• Direct and influence cross-functional teams to guarantee that projects and contracts align with stakeholder requirements.

• Identify, diagnose, and validate root causes of strategic, operational, and clinical challenges in healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• A pharmacy degree (PharmD) is required; a master's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy practice within a multi-system hospital setting, demonstrating strong physician engagement, is required.

• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy supply chain operations, including distribution, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing, is necessary.

• Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency is preferred.

• Proven ability to assess clinical and contracting opportunities to achieve significant savings.

• Expertise in leading and facilitating council or committee meetings.

• A solid record of establishing and reaching ambitious KPIs and performance goals.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently and efficiently throughout the year to meet client demands and schedules.
