This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in multiple client projects concurrently while ensuring that all assigned deliverables are completed punctually and accurately documented.
• Conduct a thorough second-level review of the data collection process for new client implementations, which involves: careful examination of existing plan documents, analysis of claim files, and evaluation of other essential benefit design setup information.
• Act as the pharmacy benefit specialist for various projects, including new client implementations, medical vendor modifications, eligibility updates, TPA transitions, PBM changes, and other complex client requests.
• Maintain active communication and relay benefit design setup information to internal stakeholders, including the Project Lead and Benefit Configuration Specialist.
• Ensure alignment between the client’s benefit intentions and design, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
• Attend and engage in client and vendor discussions.
• Facilitate consultative and dynamic dialogues with clients and EBCs regarding benefit setup and program/product selections.
• Proactively assess existing project workflows and deliverables, communicating opportunities for process enhancements.
• Serve as a benefit expert and resource to support departmental and corporate initiatives.
• Continuously seek to enhance knowledge of products, programs, and benefit designs, while staying informed about new products and market conditions.
• Monitor and log defined tasks and deliverables using Clarizen.
• Provide appropriate support to the risk management team and the Client Command Center process.
• Achieve KPI objectives as set by Operations leadership and the department.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit implementation or pharmacy design.
• Experience in employee benefits is essential; pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Exceptional collaborator with strong partnership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to develop unique solutions focused on client needs.
• Process-oriented individual who recognizes the importance of adhering to consistent processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Proven expertise in understanding complex benefit setups and providing sound recommendations to assist clients during transitions or renewals.
• A sense of urgency is required to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills; capable of working collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A passion for learning and an eagerness to embrace new challenges.
• Ability to make both routine and challenging decisions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
