This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients concerning intricate Specialty medication orders, benefit verifications, and onboarding of new patients.
• Organize and execute requests for both new and refill medication shipments.
• Gather necessary information to guarantee insurance coverage for medication orders placed by patients.
• Confirm eligibility, prior authorizations, and other reimbursement prerequisites before shipment.
• Aid in enrolling and monitoring new customer referrals.
• Clarify CVS/Specialty services to incoming customers.
• Redirect or escalate clinical inquiries and concerns to the staff pharmacist for resolution.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position managing and addressing a high volume of intricate customer needs via phone.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Over 1 year of experience with computer keyboarding, demonstrating skills and proficiency.
• Direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of your computer, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and 3 Mbps upload.
