Pharmacy Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships as the main point of contact for operational concerns.

• Attend to client requirements, promptly resolve issues, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Evaluate intricate client needs and aid in creating practical and efficient solutions.

• Ensure precision and dependability in data analysis and case resolution.

• Uphold responsiveness, reliability, and accuracy in service delivery.

• Address client inquiries and escalations while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Champion customer interests and utilize internal resources to enhance the customer experience.

• Keep track of and report on client issues.

• Provide consistent updates and reports regarding account status, client feedback, and areas needing improvement.

• Anticipate and tackle potential issues proactively before they escalate.

• Remain informed about industry trends and engage in training sessions.

• Share insights with team members and promote collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment or prior experience as an Account Manager.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Proven ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and web-based applications in daily operations.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Familiarity with the Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience with intranet and extranet systems, CRM, or adjudication platforms like Salesforce, Peoplesafe, or AS400.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
