This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Serve as a Local Safety Officer and Medical Information Specialist in Romania (nomination as per local regulations)
• Liaise with Health Authorities
• Ensure adherence to relevant local guidelines and regulations
• Gather, process, and relay safety information, product quality complaints, and incidents related to medical devices
• Develop and uphold quality standards for local pharmacovigilance activities
• Conduct weekly reviews of local literature
• Engage in inspections and/or audits
• Monitor and survey national pharmacovigilance regulations
• Receive and address medical information inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
• Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or another life science
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
• Proficiency in English and Romanian
• Computer skills (MS Office) and experience with PV databases
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
