Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing and managing strategic or key accounts.

• Maintain consistent and high-quality communication with client contacts.

• Ensure excellent local performance across the specified countries by effectively coordinating with Biomapas personnel responsible for regional PV management.

• Efficiently manage a team that supports project management tasks.

• Monitor and manage the invoices for assigned projects.

• Supervise project financials and profitability metrics.

• Assist in the development of project management processes.

• Aid in the preparation for and participation in bid defenses.

• Engage in forecasting and project budgeting activities.

• Support the team in resolving issues and distributing workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.

• Familiarity with end-to-end case processing of clinical trials.

• Background in oncology is preferred.

• Experience with Veeva Vault is preferred.

• Proficiency in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of international regulations, including ICH and EU GVP Modules.

• Strong computer skills with extensive experience in safety databases and MS Office applications.

• Proven capability to establish and implement drug safety strategies, develop PV-related procedures, and effectively resolve issues.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
