Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader – Case Processing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Leads the team overseeing ICSR management for a designated project or group of projects in the role of Team Leader.

• Ensures proper allocation of tasks for assigned projects and teams while supervising the workflow process.

• Guarantees effective collaboration with clients concerning ICSR Management activities.

• Provides assistance for additional activities carried out by the project team on behalf of the client and the organization.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR staff.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR tasks, which includes optimizing procedures, training, and other actions to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Recommends process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Addresses ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality checks on cases.

• Functions as the designated team Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including proven work experience in a line management position.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management abilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
