Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader – Case Processing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Leads the team tasked with ICSR management for a specific project or set of projects as Team Leader.

• Ensures appropriate task distribution for assigned projects and teams while supervising the workflow process.

• Guarantees and promotes activities that foster effective collaboration with clients regarding ICSR Management.

• Provides assistance for various activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly manages the designated ICSR staff.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, training, and other initiatives to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Suggests process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manages ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality control of cases.

• Acts as the designated team Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including demonstrated experience in a line management role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management abilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
