Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader – Case Processing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversees the team responsible for ICSR management for a designated project or group of projects in the role of Team Leader.

• Ensures appropriate allocation of tasks for assigned projects and teams while supervising the workflow process.

• Guarantees and promotes activities that foster effective collaboration with clients in the realm of ICSR Management.

• Provides assistance to other initiatives undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly manages the assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, training, and other actions to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Suggests process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manages ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts 2nd QC of cases.

• Acts as the designated team SME and provides support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or possess experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including demonstrated experience in a line management role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

• Skills in delegation.

• Proficiency in planning and time management.

• Technical competencies.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
