This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical initiatives in alignment with the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

• Create suitable clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to assist pharmacy personnel in providing MTM services

• Review and revise algorithms and call scripts on an annual basis and when clinical guidelines undergo updates

• Establish documentation standards for all clinical outreach activities

• Collaborate with fellow staff members in the Clinical Engagement Center to develop and sustain a high-quality and uniform MTM offering

• Support Clinical Engagement Center leadership in crafting programs aimed at enhancing STAR ratings outreach

• Offer Medicare Part D clinical, operational, and educational assistance by staying informed on MTM updates, regulations, and Medicare Part C and D performance metrics

• Act as a preceptor for APPE students within the Clinical Engagement Center department

• Comply with all compliance and HIPAA regulations

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Pharm.D. degree with an unrestricted license

• At least two years of clinical experience, including direct consultation experience

• Experience as a clinical call center lead is preferred

• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred

• Professional experience in the PBM industry is preferred

• Familiarity with relevant data privacy laws and practices is preferred

• Understanding of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred

• Engage in, abide by, and support compliance program goals

• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with colleagues

• Remote work is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming
