Pharmaceutical Sales, Territory Manager – Dermatology/Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving sales and promoting Lilly products within a designated territory targeting dermatologists and allergists.

• Execute all necessary responsibilities in the assigned territory while adhering to established expectations.

• Consistently comply with all internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.

• Achieve or surpass the defined expectations for account/call activity and time spent in the territory.

• Select and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources to capitalize on identified opportunities among target accounts and stakeholders.

• Navigate a complex healthcare environment with critical thinking and a strategic approach to improve patient access and outcomes.

• Evaluate sales data and suggest actions to optimize opportunities in alignment with brand strategy.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the disease state, our products, the marketplace, and primary competitors.

• Generate customer value, demand, and brand advocacy.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within accounts to execute the business unit/brand strategy.

• Employ all marketing and sales materials tailored for respective audiences, including physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.

• Strategically plan and organize activities to ensure consistent and regular coverage of the territory based on a defined action plan.

• Engage in training and development programs while adhering to all industry and corporate guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree is mandatory.

• Preferred 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Immunology.

• Proven history of sales success with documentation.

• Experience in managing complex accounts within integrated health systems.

• Familiarity or comprehensive understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required, including overnight stays and/or weekends.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

• Residency within the territory is required.

• Proficient with CRM platforms.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
