
Pharmaceutical Sales – Territory Manager, Dermatology/Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote and sell Lilly products within a designated territory, engaging with dermatologists and allergists.
• Execute all necessary responsibilities in the assigned territory in line with set expectations.
• Consistently comply with all internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Achieve or surpass established goals for account activity and time spent in the territory.
• Select and implement HQ-approved educational resources and programs.
• Navigate the evolving healthcare landscape to enhance access and impact patient outcomes.
• Analyze sales data and propose strategies to optimize opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, products, market trends, and key competitors.
• Generate customer value, foster demand, and build advocacy for the brand.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers within accounts to implement business unit and brand strategies.
• Strategically plan and organize activities to ensure consistent and regular coverage of the territory.
• A BA/BS Degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within Immunology is preferred.
• A documented history demonstrating a successful sales track record.
• Experience navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity with or a strong understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as required, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
