This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The Territory Manager for Dermatology will be tasked with driving the marketing and sales of Lilly products within a specified territory, engaging with dermatologists and allergists.
• Execute all necessary responsibilities within the designated territory while adhering to established expectations, promoting relevant products as part of the Immunology sales team.
• Consistently comply with all internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Achieve or surpass set goals for account and call activity as well as time spent in the territory.
• Choose and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources to leverage identified opportunities across target accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate a complex healthcare landscape (including payers, health systems, and business drivers) using critical thinking and a strategic approach to enhance access and improve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate sales data and suggest actions to optimize opportunities in line with brand strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, our products, the competitive landscape, and key market players.
• Foster customer value, demand, and advocacy for the brand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers in accounts to implement business unit and brand strategies.
• Utilize all marketing and sales materials designed for the respective audience, which includes physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel, within the assigned territory.
• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory following a strategic plan of action.
• Engage in training and development programs while adhering to all industry standards and corporate policies.
• A BA/BS degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Immunology is preferred.
• A documented history of proven sales success.
• Experience navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity with or understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight trips and/or weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Residence within the territory is necessary.
• Proficient in CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
