This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Raise disease awareness among key partners, ensuring a validated understanding of treatment initiation processes and patient identification.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners regarding prior authorization, payer restrictions, reimbursement requirements, and patient referrals to enhance patient access.
• Oversee the sales budget and drive sales growth within the territory by crafting an impactful territory plan and engaging communications.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to build sales and customer networks.
• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with all partners and communities to gain a comprehensive understanding of treatment algorithms and business dynamics within accounts.
• Execute compliant and medically relevant programs to achieve significant customer satisfaction and sales results.
• Visit and cover all customers in the area of responsibility based on their importance and potential.
• Manage accounts for all business-related aspects, including sales, negotiations, development, relationships with owners and managers, and providing solutions for customer needs.
• Build strong and productive relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
• Participate in, develop, and conduct various meetings and events such as congresses, round tables, and training sessions.
• Establish and present action plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Plan and monitor agreed-upon account metrics, clearly communicating the progress on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Stay consistently updated on market developments.
• Coordinate training sessions, informative programs, and product presentations.
• Explore the market for new accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Associate +6 years; Master's).
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating fluently in English.
• Experience in sales account management.
• Background in the Health Care Industry (preferably in eye care pharmaceuticals or medical device fields).
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
• Technical learning ability and agility.
• High-energy self-starter who is also a collaborative team player.
• Outcome-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Openness to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess self-control, self-confidence, reliability, strong business acumen, and organizational skills.
