This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the growth of territory sales and market share for promoted COPD, asthma, and anti-infective products through focused, compliant, evidence-based customer interactions.

• Take ownership of territory business planning; analyze sales data and implement actions to achieve objectives.

• Create dynamic call plans and work closely with local territory colleagues to enhance reach and frequency.

• Establish strong collaborations with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical (MSLs), and other internal stakeholders to harmonize strategy and resources.

• Organize and conduct in-services, educational programs, and sample distribution in line with FDA regulations and company policies.

• Accurately and timely complete administrative tasks (e.g., sample accountability, call reporting, eLearning, and expense reporting).

• Adhere to GSK policies, ethical standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid driver's license; driving is a crucial aspect of this position.

• Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and weekend trips.

• Grade 8: At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales.

• Grade 7: At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales.

• Bilingual capabilities preferred depending on location.

• Experience in account management within local IDNs/large hospital systems.

• Background in respiratory/allergy or other healthcare sales.

• Knowledge of managed care, formularies, retail pharmacy operations, and prior authorization processes.

• Excellent presentation, influencing, and business planning abilities.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
