Pharma Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap for software solutions that support pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations.

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, operations, and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into precise product specifications.

• Collect, prioritize, draft, and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Engage with cross-functional teams that are geographically dispersed across various time zones.

• Ensure that solutions are in line with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, compliance standards, and enterprise system integrations (such as ERP, SCADA, LIMS).

• Work in partnership with stakeholders to facilitate product adoption, training, and readiness for release.

• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and leverage data to inform roadmap decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of comprehensive industry experience.

• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or a product management role focused on pharmaceutical solutions.

• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including those set by FDA, EMA, and MHRA.

• Experience with or delivering products related to MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

• Practical experience with product management tools like Jira and Aha.

• Established capability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across various locations and functions.

• Proven track record of building a product from ground up, from ideation to market launch.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
