Pharma Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Formulate the product strategy and roadmap for software solutions that enhance pharma manufacturing and operations.

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business partners to convert business needs into detailed product specifications.

• Collect, prioritize, document, and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams located in various geographical regions and time zones.

• Ensure that solutions are in alignment with pharma manufacturing procedures, compliance standards, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA, LIMS).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate product adoption, training, and readiness for release.

• Monitor product performance, solicit feedback, and leverage data to inform roadmap strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive industry experience.

• Background in pharma, life sciences, or a product management position focused on pharma-related products.

• In-depth understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards, including those set by the FDA, EMA, and MHRA.

• Experience in working with or delivering products related to MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, and IRT platforms.

• Proficient in product management tools such as Jira and Aha.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across various locations and functions.

• Demonstrated success in developing a product from the ground up, from concept to market launch.
