• Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities for voluntary benefits within designated territories or client segments.
• Establish and nurture solid relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer partners.
• Deliver customized presentations and proposals that align with each client's workforce and benefits strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous service of pet benefits.
• Organize enrollment initiatives, including scheduling, communication planning, and the setup of enrollment technology platforms.
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients receive proactive service and accurate billing.
• Facilitate employee education sessions and webinars to assist participants in understanding their options for voluntary benefits.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits, ideally focused on voluntary/worksite products.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales and retention goals.
• Exceptional prospecting abilities.
• Proven success in developing new business relationships.
• Active life and health insurance license (or the capability to obtain one within 90 days).
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
