Pest Control Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with both new and established commercial and residential clients.

• Deliver solutions for bird and rodent-proofing, which includes bird netting, bird points, and rodent-proofing systems.

• Remove bird fouling and rodent droppings as necessary.

• Install pest control equipment, such as external bait stations.

• Utilize the Flexi Armour system to mitigate pest ingress.

• Assist with routine inspections and support local technicians.

• Ensure job safety by adhering to risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices.

• Operate safely at heights and within confined spaces.

• Oversee job progress from inception to completion as the lead technician.

• Order necessary materials and access equipment.

• Independently manage daily operations when required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying pest issues.

• Seek out new business opportunities and relay sales leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A full UK driving licence held for over two years, with a maximum of six penalty points.

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or higher is preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to adapt working patterns to meet business needs.

• May need to pass a DBS check based on the role's requirements.
