This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI features;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable AI configurations within ServiceNow;
• Create custom applications, integrations, and automations utilizing Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules;
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models in ServiceNow to enhance accuracy, relevance, and performance;
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for AI and Machine Learning within the ServiceNow ecosystem;
• Identify and troubleshoot complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations;
• Stay informed about ServiceNow's AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Other routine tasks in the area.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer;
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist AI and the AI/ML features of ServiceNow (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and integrations with Generative AI);
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, script development (JavaScript, Glide), and platform configurations;
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations;
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly AI solutions within ServiceNow;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
• Required: Bachelor's degree;
• Preferred: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration of AI services, or similar AI technologies;
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD); Certified Implementation Specialist; Now Assist AI Specialist;
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, among others);
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in this language).
