This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical reference, breaking down complex epics into actionable tasks and ensuring their proper execution in collaboration with the Tech Lead;

• Design and Architecture: Identify risks, simplify solution design, and base architectural decisions on facts, data, and extensive technical experience;

• Quality and Secure Code: Write high-quality code (Node/React), conduct Code Reviews emphasizing best practices, and be a security ambassador within the team;

• Monitoring and Product Health: Ensure active monitoring of the production environment (critical journeys) and track code health metrics (smells, vulnerabilities, coverage);

• Root Cause Resolution: Take initiative in troubleshooting, proactively identify issues, and ensure documented corrections of post-mortems;

• Mentorship and Collaboration: Foster the technical growth of colleagues through pairing, constructive code reviews, and active knowledge sharing;

• Blockage Management: Prioritize high-impact activities and ensure the quick unblocking of complex technical tasks for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in web development (front-end and back-end);

• In-depth knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, React, serverless frameworks, and Design Systems;

• Experience with automated testing, static code analysis (Lint), OOP, SOLID, DDD, Docker, and refactoring;

• Mastery of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB);

• Proactive, questioning, analytical profile with a systemic approach to conduct in-depth analyses of problems to be solved;

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, SQS).

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar;

• Familiarity with the AWS platform, including Policy, SG, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, Amazon Elastic Cache for Redis, AWS Glue;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;

• Ability to work in a multifunctional, multi-language, and collaborative environment autonomously.

• Experience with connecting messaging providers (WhatsApp, etc.).
