• - It is a digital product from Grupo Boticário that focuses on the financial journey of business partners.

• - It enables franchisees to perform reconciliations (sales, cards, and banking) and manage processes such as Cash Flow and DRE.

• - The central objective is to monitor the financial health of partner businesses through essential metrics.

• **You will lead the technical and architectural aspects of implementing highly complex and critical solutions, setting standards for code quality and design, optimizing performance, and establishing a long-term vision for the Front-end architecture of Finanças GB, serving as a technical reference and mentor for other developers.**

• **Scope of Action and Responsibilities:**

• - Strategic Development & Architectural Leadership: Lead the implementation of features and solutions of high complexity, focusing on technical feasibility, sustainability, and long-term performance of the Front-end architecture, including the evolution of Micro Frontends.

• - Code Quality and Standards: Define and monitor standards for code quality, security, and testing (unit, integration, and regression), raising the technical bar and enhancing the interface design of the squads.

• - Information Security and Compliance: Act as a technical reference in the application and auditing of Information Security policies (Security by Design) and system hardening within the Finanças GB domain.

• - Optimization and Scalability: Lead the advanced collection and analysis of performance metrics (observability, tracing), identifying bottlenecks and implementing large-scale optimization solutions to ensure efficiency, performance, and the best user experience.

• - Architecture and Design: Actively collaborate with Tech Leads and Specialists II in designing new Micro Frontend architectures, state solutions, and integrations, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision and cohesion of the front-end ecosystem.

• - Innovation and AI/ML: Propose and implement the use of technological innovations and the integration of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models in the Front-end layer (e.g., personalization, flow optimization), focusing on adding intelligence and efficiency to the interfaces.

• - Mentorship and Knowledge: Provide both formal and informal technical mentorship to Senior and Mid-level developers, disseminating advanced knowledge (e.g., Micro Frontends, performance, security) among the Finanças GB teams.

• - Documentation: Ensure the maintenance and high quality of the technical and architectural documentation for the highly complex systems under your responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Proven experience (minimum of 7 years) in front-end software engineering, with a background in Senior/Specialist roles.

• - Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development.

• - Strong programming experience with React, state management, hooks, etc.

• - Deep knowledge of Micro Front Ends (including architectures like Module Federation) and experience with other web frameworks such as Angular and/or Vue.js.

• - Extensive expertise in automated testing (unit, integration, and regression), SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.

• - In-depth knowledge of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and system hardening practices, with participation in security audits.

• - Proven track record in optimizing performance and scalability of large-scale transactional applications.

• - Familiarity or experience with concepts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, along with experience integrating AI models into Front-end systems.

• - Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.

• - Experience and solid understanding of financial processes and solutions.
