This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of the entire recruitment process from the creation and publication of job postings to the organization and execution of interviews.
• Close collaboration with our departments to ensure the precise filling of open positions.
• Design of the onboarding process and management of administrative HR processes from entry to exit.
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents.
• Central point of contact for our employees and managers.
• Contribution to employer branding and the optimization of HR processes.
• Completed degree or commercial training.
• Solid practical experience in the HR field.
• Creativity and awareness of trends in recruitment and employer branding.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Empathetic and open personality with a service-oriented demeanor.
• Independent and organized working style.
• Fixed-term part-time employment (10 to 15 hours per week).
