This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance and broaden the implementation of testing and personalization initiatives.
• Exhibit a successful history in formulating testing and personalization strategies.
• Assess campaign performance by generating reports and providing valuable insights.
• Manage the setup, administration, and functioning of CRO platforms.
• Conduct audits on Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform audiences.
• Create scalable governance recommendations for audience development and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on desired audience experiences.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Testing, and Personalization.
• Knowledge of database management and APIs.
• Prior experience with CDPs, marketing automation tools, and omni-channel campaign management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing and data reporting.
• Proficient in English and capable of leading client meetings and discussions.
