Personal Training Sales – In House Trainers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct 4 to 6 sales calls via Zoom each day, usually lasting 1 hour each

• Convert warm inbound leads into personal training packages

• Participate in daily sales meetings

• Complete daily reporting and administrative tasks

• Collaborate closely with appointment setters and the sales team

• Adhere to the company's sales process and coaching instructions

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in selling personal training, fitness memberships, or wellness services is highly preferred

• Availability for full-time hours, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week

• Proficient English communication skills are essential

• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and using Zoom

• Should be coachable, motivated, and focused on performance

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team setting
