Personal Trainer – Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify personal trainer candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruitment channels.

• Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, certifications, experience, location, and availability.

• Conduct preliminary phone interviews with trainer candidates.

• Verify candidate interest, certifications, location coverage, availability, and overall compatibility.

• Arrange interviews for qualified candidates with the onboarding team.

• Keep precise records, candidate statuses, and follow-up activities in Greenhouse or the company's recruiting system.

• Consistently follow up with candidates to minimize drop-off rates.

• Prioritize recruitment efforts based on regions where Svetness has active client demand.

• Provide daily updates on progress, challenges, and pipeline status to the team.

• Work efficiently while maintaining the quality of candidates and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates through Indeed is essential.

• Preferred background in recruiting, staffing, talent sourcing, or appointment-setting.

• Strong preference for experience in recruiting personal trainers, fitness professionals, healthcare workers, field-service providers, or 1099 contractors.

• Comfortable with making phone calls and performing candidate phone screenings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple candidates and markets simultaneously.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools is preferred.

• Capable of working independently while remaining accountable for daily activities and outcomes.
