This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and recruit personal trainer candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruitment channels.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, certifications, work experience, geographical location, and availability.
• Perform initial phone interviews with prospective trainer candidates.
• Verify candidate interest, certifications, geographical coverage, availability, and overall suitability.
• Arrange interviews for qualified candidates with the onboarding team.
• Keep precise notes, track candidate statuses, and document follow-up activities in Greenhouse or the company’s recruitment system.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to minimize drop-off rates.
• Prioritize recruitment efforts based on markets where Svetness has an active client demand.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and updates regarding the recruitment pipeline to the team.
• Work efficiently while upholding candidate quality and professionalism.
• Prior experience in sourcing candidates via Indeed is essential.
• Background in recruiting, staffing, talent sourcing, or appointment-setting is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in recruiting personal trainers, fitness professionals, healthcare workers, field-service providers, or 1099 contractors.
• Must be comfortable making phone calls and conducting candidate phone screenings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and markets simultaneously.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for daily activities and outcomes.
• Knowledge of personal training certifications such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NCSF, or similar is a plus.
• Experience in recruiting 1099 contractors is a plus.
• Experience working with remote teams is advantageous.
• Previous high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience is beneficial.
