• Assess clients' requirements and suggest enhancements to their current coverage.
• Organize client appointments and follow-up interactions.
• Introduce new products and services to clients.
• Create quotes and advocate for personal insurance offerings.
• Engage with potential clients and cultivate relationships to drive sales.
• Address calls and other forms of communication promptly.
• Follow up on policies that are approaching renewal.
• Produce new quotes for previous year prospects.
• Interact with prospective clients effectively.
• Establish a trusting environment that encourages new sales opportunities.
• Contribute individually and collaboratively to ongoing business enhancements.
• Responsively address customer inquiries.
• Accurately process changes to accounts.
• Keep comprehensive client records maintained.
• AMF certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience, ideally in auto and personal property insurance.
• Exceptional communication abilities with a proven track record of effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to address client concerns in a friendly and constructive manner.
• Excellent time-management skills and a high degree of organization to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Epic, Salesforce, and corporate portals.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential, as this role involves regular communication with English-speaking policyholders in Quebec.
• Certification from another province is considered a plus.
