• Manage and respond thoughtfully to all incoming and outgoing customer communications.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening.
• Handle confidential customer information with care and discretion.
• Strive to resolve issues on the initial call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding.
• Communicate effectively with customers, exercising retention strategies when necessary.
• Recognize customers who are comparing prices and inquiring about contract details, assisting them in selecting the appropriate pricing plan.
• Compassionately address sensitive matters related to healthcare needs, education, and preventative planning.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
• Preferably have experience in customer service and/or sales.
• A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Must possess a current Property & Casualty license.
