This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Discover creative solutions to various inquiries, challenges, and concerns.
β’ Manage and respond thoughtfully to all incoming and outgoing customer communications.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening.
β’ Handle confidential customer information with care and discretion.
β’ Strive to resolve issues on the initial call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding.
β’ Communicate effectively with customers, exercising retention strategies when necessary.
β’ Recognize customers who are comparing prices and inquiring about contract details, assisting them in selecting the appropriate pricing plan.
β’ Compassionately address sensitive matters related to healthcare needs, education, and preventative planning.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
β’ Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
β’ Preferably have experience in customer service and/or sales.
β’ A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Must possess a current Property & Casualty license.
