Senior Consultant, Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting and analysis aimed at enhancing processes within the insurance sector

• Management of projects from the initial work packages through to successful execution

• Creation of customized solutions and effective engagement with stakeholders

• Providing mentorship to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration/Economics, or a similar qualification

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting, preferably within the insurance industry

• Fundamental IT knowledge of contemporary technologies and software solutions

• Proven experience in leading work packages or subprojects utilizing project management methodologies

• Strong analytical skills to understand and translate complex requirements

• Excellent communication abilities and readiness to travel to client locations
