• Daily prospecting through outbound calls utilizing both provided and self-sourced leads
• Prompt and professional handling of inbound call opportunities
• Scheduling and conducting client consultations, whether virtually or in-person
• Evaluating client needs and presenting suitable Life & Health insurance solutions
• Clearly articulating plan options and successfully closing sales
• Accurately completing applications and submitting enrollments in compliance with regulations
• Consistent follow-up to sustain pipeline activity and enhance conversion rates
• Generating referrals and cross-selling additional coverage as appropriate
• Building, managing, and expanding your personal book of business
• Maintaining precise records of client interactions and production activities
• Staying updated on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
• Monitoring daily activity and maintaining consistency with production objectives
• Active Life & Health Insurance License (mandatory)
• Self-driven with a robust work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and managing inbound sales inquiries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person interactions
• Effective time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Open to coaching and receptive to feedback
• Basic proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
• Willingness to track activity and consistently meet production targets
• Compensation based on commission (paid directly by carriers)
• Opportunity to earn commissions on Medicare (T65), ACA, and Life insurance products
