• Collaborate with engagement managers and audit teams to execute audits for clients across various industries and globally.
• Lead client communications, conduct walkthroughs, and observations while providing process enhancement suggestions to clients.
• Take charge of audit planning activities including drafting project timelines, creating document request lists, and reviewing deliverables prepared by team members.
• Conduct testing of clients' internal controls and oversee the testing performed by other team members.
• Assist clients in identifying gaps and offer advice on best practices in the industry.
• Engage in internal projects focused on process enhancements.
• Coordinate with fellow Lead Auditors on collaborative engagements that involve multiple audit standards and frameworks such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Willingness to work Mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT).
• Work Arrangement: Remote.
• At least two years of experience in IT Audit for SOC reporting or a comparable audit framework (PCI DSS, ISO, etc.), including reviewing others' testing and client deliverables.
• Possession of one or more industry-relevant certifications or a commitment to obtain relevant certification(s) such as CPA, CISA, CISM, and CISSP.
• Undergraduate Degree (required): preferably in Accounting, Management of Information Systems, Computer Security, or a related field – minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Graduate Degree (preferred): ideally in Accounting, Management of Information Systems, Computer Security, Audit, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to produce high-quality testing and audit documentation.
