
Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative β New Business Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
β’ Accountable for quoting and selling personal lines insurance policies to warm inbound affinity member leads.
β’ Required to be well-versed in all carrier underwriting standards.
β’ Handle daily warm inbound leads through calls, online inquiries, and referrals from internal teams.
β’ Evaluate customer needs, gather necessary information for accurate rating and underwriting, prepare and present quotes to secure sales, explain coverage options, make recommendations, and create/bind completed applications.
β’ Tasked with achieving monthly sales targets supported by an attractive compensation plan.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales is required.
β’ A Personal Lines insurance license or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is mandatory.
β’ Ability to strategically solve problems and devise complex solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
β’ A positive and energetic attitude aimed at surpassing customer expectations.
β’ Excellent communication skills are essential, both over the phone and via email.
β’ Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization is crucial.
β’ Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
β’ Quick typing skills and intermediate proficiency with PC applications, including spreadsheet and word processing software, are required.
