• Address inbound inquiries from dealership partners through phone and email communications.
• Assist in generating quotes for new business, managing endorsements, and performing basic policy servicing tasks.
• Gather and verify customer and risk details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Input and update information within agency management systems.
• Adhere to established procedures for handling quotes, documentation, and workflow routing.
• Redirect complex or licensed activities to the relevant team members.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and incomplete submissions diligently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal staff and external partners.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new dealership partners when necessary.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Dealer Services team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to structured processes.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (Preferred).
• Familiarity with insurance, dealership operations, or sales environments (Preferred).
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry (Preferred).
