• Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional service.
• Oversee the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners in P&C and Life & Health sectors.
• Aid in collecting underwriting information and preparing submission documents.
• Foster strong relationships with carriers to obtain competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure successful account renewal and retention through proactive service and relationship management.
• Keep accurate and current records in the AMS360 agency management system.
• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal teams to meet client needs.
• Efficiently and accurately manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service requests.
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) is mandatory.
